Trout on Fire
« on: Dec 02, 2006, 07:14 PM »
Just got back home from fishing we started at 10am and left at 2pm end up catching 27 bows/char and kept 4 between me and my girlfriend. All fish ranged between 15 to 20". Best fishing to date using little orange jigs tipped with shrimp fishing in 10ft of water, for the first 10 minutes I couldnt even get my pole in the water, every time I tried Jen would say,"Fish on"  maybe fishing was so good today bc of the bright moon we had last night.  I really dont know used same lures and bait, fish were just really bitting today

Sounds like you caught Quartz on a good day, you should post a few details  of your report in the fishing report section for Quartz. How was the weather?
I'm going out Sunday, not sure where yet, was wondering who else is going fishing ???  I may try 28 or another pond around Eielson or hit Harding and I'll be going to Birch next Saturday.
