ARE THERE ANY PONDS OR LAKES ICE LESS COMPLETELY WHERE I CAN LAUNCH AND FISH WITH NO SKIM ICE , SEEMS LIKE MOST HAVE JUST ENOUGH NOT TO ALLOW BOAT FISHING. I SEE BLYTHEBURN HAS NOTHING INCLUDING FISH POSSIBLY AFTER SUMMER FISH KILL HOW ABOUT BRIAR CREEK OR SLOCUM.

I was up Slocum on Sunday, and the Carverton ramp had skim on it. The center of the lake is open over to the fishing pier

No problem. I drive by there a few days a week. This rain on Thursday should clear the ramp.

 Today Slocum had open water from the neck around the dam, down past the pavilion. Both ramps are ice free.
