White Perch at night?
« on: Dec 20, 2022, 05:59 AM »
I think the last time this came up was in 2015 and I was wondering if anyone has any input. I hope to get out and try it some nights for them this season, but my white perch waters are limited... If you have been getting them, is it with a light in the water or without? Tip-ups or jigging? Up on the flats or still over deeper water? I wonder if they suspend after dark?
Any insights or experiences, shared would be great.
Thanks!

we fish in Dresden ME for smelt. every once in a while, we pick up a white here and there. one year, there were a ton of whites. all at night. Fishing in shacks with lights shining over the race holes.
