ice castle fish house for rent in the NY or PA area or even Canada?

Is anyone aware of any rentals for Ice Castles in PA or NY? I went last year to Mille Lacs Lake and had a blast ( even if I did not catch anything ) and I want to repeat the experience somewhere closer where I do not have to fly or rent a car. I am okay with a 5-7 hour drive

Any recommendations?
