Dunkirk Harbor on Lake Erie

I know they stopped the warm water discharge from the Power Plant in Dunkirk a couple of years ago.....Is ice fishing possible there now within the harbor?

Yes, it is fishable through the ice without the warm water discharge.
I'd be really surprised if it is still safe though!!!
