Bucks Co.Lakes

Levittown Lake (Bucks Co.)has 4 inches plus of ice near back of lake and able to access for fishing now.
Magnolia Lake (Bucks co)still had some open water in back, rest of lake ice covered @ 3 inches of ice as of 1/25, connected Silver Lake had 3 + inches reported.
Blue Marsh lake (Chester Co.) had 3 to 4 inch ice depth in fingers/coves as of 1/24.
Good luck and stay safe.
Looking like we will miss the brunt of upcoming storm and heavy snow to allow lakes to continue to thicken. 52 degrees predicted for next week Wednesday.....

Thanks for the update. I was over by the boat ramp earlier this week at Levittown Lake and the ice was only skim. I didn’t even put my full weight on the ice and my foot broke through in about a foot of water.

I saw some holes drilled about 50 feet ahead of me but had no interest in trying to get to them. Absolutely no idea how someone got out there much less drilled holes.

Be VERY cautious out there.
