I drove by Josephine on Lexington in Shoreview, open water in the middle.
There were a few guys fishing on Round and Crooked in Andover. I have not stopped and took a spud bar to the ice, so I couldn't tell you of thickness.

Walked out on Big Lake and Mitchell last night and there looked to be about 4 inches(except for the open water from the Swans
). No spud bar so I can't confirm. I will be pulling the spear house out Sat. am!!
We're making ice like crazy!

Many West metro lakes have 6". I went out yesterday and there were four wheelers and permenant houses out. Pannies are biting too!
