Sabbatus....... apology in advance...

I know this is a taboo subject , but I’m heading up to Sabbatus this weekend, 3 hour drive... Haven’t been in a few years. Just wondering how the ice is.. slush factor and if I’ll be ok with the snowmobile. Also , how has the fishing been?

Fished it last Friday, Easy going on the lake but not a whole lot of snow to lube the slides. four wheeler or snowmobile will work just fine.

We have fish there often over the years. We have fished it 3 times so far this year and the 5 of us got SKUNKED twice, not even a flag. That has NEVER happened to us before. On our 3rd trip there a few weeks ago, there was 9 of us and we did manage to catch 1 fish and had like 4 flags. 2 of the 3 times we were up on the North end, where we had done well in the past, the other was in the middle on the far side. There a couple weeks ago and thought the fishing was a bit slow.  Two full days an we put maybe 10 fish on the ice.  Appeared the same to everyone around us.
