I think a better question would be...

Are there any good lakes for Perch in Sask?

Twin lakes, by North Battleford has a man made lake that has perch in it.  No pike or Walleye though.  I believe they stock it with perch every year.  It's not bad.  Not great, but not bad.

for huge perch i would have to say long lake but you won't catch as many as in number sizes as  the valley lakes will produce but that's just my opinion

By far the best lake right now for action is Crooked Lake good walleye action in moring and night, and u catch an average of 150-250 perch per person on a good day, some are small but theres some nice ones in there too, i went out today to Crooked was on the slower side but still caught 300 between 3 guys 60 keepers was ok not nearly as good as my last 7 trips there in last 3 weeks but still ok..... ;)

I agree crooked lake was red hot for perch, but early on and through the mid winter months the walleye action was good, caught alot of 25-28 inchers, as for perch it just wasn't funny how easy you could hammer them.  Last ice on the far east side of the lake last trip of the year me and two freinds caught over 50 walleye in between 18-23 inches it was nuts.  I fish the four lakes alot in the winter and summer but made way more trips to crooked because the action never stopped.
