Since 2/11/06 quit cold turkey had one half puff a couple of weeks ago when i was trashed made me wantta throw up

Well I gotta admit I fell off the wagon this summer. I had gone 5 months and after having a few too many "root beers" I figured a couple would not kill me. Well it was off to the races agian after that, back to around a pack a day. I'm gonna give it another try soon. I know I can do just gotta get my mind right.

Sorry man, haven't been on here much yet. No, I astill don't smoke. I won't say I haven't had one here and there when I was , uh, intoxicated...but I no longer smoke. I do chew a little though. Not a good habit..should rpobably cease and desist that as well

man i used to chew back in high school a little, i tried it again a few years back, i about turned as green as the hulk and felt like i was sea sick for 2 days

i quit here and there? 6 months not smoking 12 months smoking etc... i have never gained the weight though, i seem to be more active when im not smoking? i dont eat much more food, just a crapload more sunflower seeds

I actually lost weight. I was able to be alot more active..even running over the summer.

And I never used to run unless there was a beer in front of me or a cop behind me.

I have to admit....I hooked and landed a nice bluefin on a charter.....the guys were all smoking and offered me one.....the adreniline was pumpin so hard I took one.....darn near passed out from it.....

ps. I think this fish was worth the headache and aweful taste

that's me in the middle with frog tog jacket on 8)
