lil Squam

Will be fishing by Nelson's/marina area this year....Can anyone verify the ice conditions on the full lake? I usually bounce around on day 2 so curious if I can access complete lake via ATV?

of course-----there's usually heavy snowmobile traffic but i'm thinking that is probably down as well

The ice is awful this year. I wouldn’t take a machine anywhere you have not checked immediately before hand.

Not necessarily, My fan cooled Polaris has no issues on bare ice. Just need some sharper carbides ☺️

All depends on the lake and location. I’ve had my sled on lots of good consistent ice so far this season. Mostly up north tho

I've run both my sled (Arctic Cat Pantera liquid cooled) and my wheeler on the bare ice.  The sled has scratchers and has never over heated but tough to beat the wheeler on glare ice.  This year the ice is lousy.  Check as you go bit I have used both this year on known water that I have checked for myself.
