Finicky Fish Factory jig box

I read in the Weirs Times (lakes region NH) that AJ's bait shop in Meredith is selling the Finicky Fish Factory ice fishing Jigging box complete w/ heat lamp and fish on alarm!!!! What next!! Supposed to be from Wisconsin. Anyone know anything about these things?

I'm not getting what it is supposed to be. The heat lamp I get, but what is the purpose of the set up?

Stuff like that prevents allot of guys from catching fish! They drag so much crap out that they are resistant to pack it all up and move. Being very mobile is essential to success, that thing doesn't look too portable. ;)

So, I saw this post earlier today and was thinking that perhaps someone else would ask this question.............. ............but, what the heck is this??
I looked at the link, and am pretty sure I will not be buying one, but again, what is it? Is it a type of tip-up?

synergyboy10 had one of those battery powered jigging tip-ups last year just to see how they worked, not only were they weird to set up, but bulky as hack :tipup:
