People are as tight lipped about this lake like the tigers that are in it

Bring a good book and a cot
The angle of the dangle is directly proportionate to the heat of the beat.

Basically there are 3 species in Durant Bass, Tigers, and Perch, you need to fish for your target fish! It took me many
trips and many hours of fishing to land a good one!

Go to the reports and conditions board, click on most lakes/ Hamilton. Then on the first post click on lake Durant for a lake contour map.

After all I know and have read on here about how slow the fishing on Durant is, I feel fortunate for 2 things : 1.) I did catch 2 small tigers here on a trip about 20 years ago and 2.) I never went back again after that day

i was told by a trusted person who lives up there that the ice is still safe and close to 12" now. As with any early season situation, especially with the rain, make sure you spud spud spud
