I wonder how fast the remote steering is to inputs. Electric actuators are known to be slow.

That thing is amazing. Quiet, powerful- and I imagine prohibitively expensive.  And I agree with you Gunflint, I want one too! Maybe they can give me one for a season, you know, to evaluate and review

Also can be controlled remotely....yeah, I can just imagine it getting out of range and flying off a cliff, into an open section of water or into traffic.

Yup......and I still want one. I would love to see this industrialized and cheap.

I have to know a lot more about this product before I was even remotely interested in it.
While the videos make it look pretty good we know know any of the real details on this product such as:
What does it cost?
What kind of range does it have?
Does it actually hold up in real world situations when used by everyday people in the same situations shown on the video?
Etc etc.
It's pretty easy for me to Tote along a can of gas and top off my snowmobile when it runs low.
But it's very difficult for me to run an extension cord out across the lake.
That and when I'm at my remote cabin I'd hate to have to run a generator every night just to charge up my machine. Not sure that's a whole lot better than just putting gas in my machine to begin with.
