Lackawanna St park

Saw one guy out on the ice today by the main launch. He appeared to have a life vest on :thumbsup:. Was going to stop to ask how thick it was but didn't want to be there if he went through. All he had was a bucket, hand auger and a pole. Going light.

I do wonder how thick it was. Black ice is hard to determine without punching a hole, sometimes.
