Hey tdannhauser30, I always get my pike bait from Ron at A-1 bait. The trick is to order it the night before and pick it up in the AM. I have never had a problem getting bait which is not big enough, in fact, I have to generally specify that the suckers and or goldens NOT be bigger than 6 inches otherwise the bait continually trips the flag and I end up doing some tail trimming. I buy my bait by the pound which saves me some money. I know that Ron supplies the Creek Rd location with bait but I have had little or no luck finding them open for business. Your best bet is to call Ron on his cell phone as he will not (or doesn't know) how to reply to a text message. Was looking forward to another good year for pike locally but with the lack of water clarity in Wilson, I have my doubts. Good luck and perhaps we will meet up on the ice at some point.
