I just wear a underarmour black hoodie...
Yup, I have a couple UA 100% polyester hoodies I wear only as cold weather layers.  Lightweight insulation, sweat wicking, rain resistant.  I don't think UA makes this one anymore, seems to be mostly metrosexual styles anymore.  I'm sure some of the other makers must have a 100% poly hoodie in their line.  100% polyester is the key if you want to stay warm and dry inside and out.

Was out yesterday ..a blue bird day...sunny but temperatures in the upper teens ..lil if no wind ..Striker Ice Predator bibs ..4.0 base layer Vexilar 55% cotton 45% poly hoodie ...poly vest ...well that hoodie did not cut the mild wind and did not retain heat ...simple ...cotton is not good . I have some Cargo brand zip up Hoodies purchased at Models that are poly/acrylic that fits the bill much better..as time goes on I cant stand the cold as much ..but with age comes wisdom . ..so next purchase will be of a merino wool hoodie/top layer...leaning toward SmartWool.

None of the Striker offerings look $70-90 worthwhile. They don't seem anything more special than a $50 Under Armour hoodie.

While I don't believe any hoodie is worth 70-80 bucks, the Striker Riot and Hockey hoodies have a soft, non-removable, liner. They're a bit thicker and add an extra layer that a simple UA hoodie doesn't have. I'd say the same about HUK's hoodies as well, they probably come out of the same sweat shop UA's does.

A hundo for a hoodie?  I paid a hundred for a wool sweater with a wind stopper liner. It's one of the best peices of outdoor clothing I have. It would be the best hoodie ever if it had a hood lol.

That is a nice looking sweater! I would pay that kind of cash for that. If I may ask and even if I can’t, where did you get it?  Thanks!

The one I have like this is from Cabelas. Half zipper, zip up  pocket in the front and a hand warmer pocket as well. Zip up pocket also has shotgun shells loops. It's one of the best peices of outdoor clothing I have. Windstopper is essential for ice fishing ... Just my opinion though. I think its the windshear waterfowl series of clothing?

Thanks went to Cabela’s and looked for it but think I was not looking in the right section! Just a good looking sweater. And my birthday is coming up!  ;)

If you're gonna look like a billboard, do it for a product you enjoy and support. Not one you got at the lowest price. Buy an IceShanty.com hoodie.

Needed a hoodie myself. FishUSA had sale going on 15% off outer attire. Plus their own hoodie for free if total order was above 120.00. No problem for a tackle junkie like me. The free hoody had similar specs to the Striker Ice hoody. Will follow up if purchase proves to be a good one.

Read the comments. People don't want a 100% or 90/10 Cotton hoodie. Plus I don't like the fact that despite all the sponsors IceShanty stills charges the average Joe to list something in the classifieds. Weak.

I know I am a little OC to put it kindly, I can't wear a hoodie with the text on the sleeve upside down.
