Thank you for the info Tim. Might have to rethink our plans. Any thoughts for Lakers?

Agreed, sounds fine.  Just bring the spud.  Early ice can be hot.

And Twin has been hot for lakers.

I found it on a map. Does it have good foot access? Is there a spot that you would recommend to get started.

The bite is very good.

Some tips: from 6am to 830am fish the lakers in 7-12fow water, same goes from 3pm to 430pm.  The hours in between is anyone's guess but i'd recommend anywhere between 65-80fow, a lot of times they'll be on the bottom or suspended just 20 feet below the ice. I've been trying to figure out laker pattern for years and always get it wrong.
