that's what we need stripers in Toga lake, and boy if the person is caught, so heavy fines there.
The only way it could have got there was being caught in the river and dumped out in the lake.  :%$#!:
I would like to see the picture and know if it was kept or released?  ???

from what I've heard, the guy that caught it didn't know what it was, then wasn't sure what to do with it, so he put it back. so its still in there.
the only way it could have gotten in there is to be caught in the Hudson and released.  :cookoo: :cookoo:

Gotta love those bait bucket biologists :(

I found out that a favorite local rainbow pond has been illegally stocked with Northern Pike in my area :(

It is a damn shame! It is too bad ENCON does not have the resources to investigate and prosecute these crimes :(

You have to ask yourself what you would do in a situation like that? You catch a fish you are not sure of the legality of its possesion. It could be a problem fish that could hurt your fishery or a fish that maybe be crucial to the ecosystem.

I caught a sculpin yesterday, it was a neat little fish.. I wasnt sure so I let it go. Perhaps it would have been the best laker bait of the day?

I'm wondering what size hole it would take to get an 18 pound striper through.
