how much is this worth?

I've got a wooden smelt shack that's probably 5 feet wide and 8 feet long with a slanted metal roof. About how much do you guys think that would be worth? It's got bench seating on one side, a trap door opening in the floor and some shelves.

I would say between 4-5 hundred. I’m looking for a old portable and what they are asking for them I’d say you’re in  that price range.
