HEY CHRIS TRY THE PIMPLE ICE WITH A SINGLE HOOK THAT COMES IN THE PACKAGE EVER  SINCE I GOT A TEXT FROM A FRIEND THAT WAS FISHING PYME I BOUGHT A FEW AND MY LUCK CHANGED.ITS WORTH A TRY. I SEE ICE HEN ALSO HAS HAD LUCK TOO.SOMETIMES IT TAKES SOMETHING NEW DOWN THE ICE HOLE TO TRIGGER A BITE ?.

Thanks for the tip, I'll have to get one of them and see if that works.  I have six tackle boxes full and tried every lure I have and the few fish that I've marked still have lock jaw.

Small swedes tipped with fatheads on one rod, 1/16 Black ant with grubs of some kind on the other. Crappie and perch on the minnow and gills and sunnies on the grubs.

Black ratso size 10 with single waxie. It’s been the go to during tough days.

Yesterday a chartreuse size 12 diamond jig with a chartreuse Ratso's on chartreuse Spiki. Some very nice crappie 11"-13" and some giant bulls. Never used bait all day.

I have a few chrome ones with different colored stickers on them and gold ones.  I also tip them with waxies or a perch eye.
