I found a leak in my shark eskimo auger gas tank. when i removed it to check i found it leaked through the mounting screws. (difficult to fix) so I ordered a new one from the canadian distributer.
Fast service 4 days. The new tank came and it was a complete design change, it came as a kit, tank mounting plate, gas cap, feul line. After mounting it worked great. the auger was 6 years old and I see (internet) that a lot of others had the same problem, hence the design change.
Just passing this along for anyone who had the same problem.
