Part for Frabill Ambush

I am looking for the black pole connector that l have attached in the picture.  I have tried multiple times to contact Frabill with no luck.  Their site is awful. And no return email.  Does anyone know of an option to find one of these or have a  spare part lying around.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Did you try calling? I've had really good luck with their customer service on the phone, I've usually gotten somebody every time I've called.

No.  I have had terrible luck with them.  I try calling the # on their website and it tells me to go to a website which is a Plano molding for parts.   I submit the request and get no answer.  What number did you get ahold of someone at if you don't mind me asking.

It looks like you could use a PVC pipe t connector in it's place ??

Try messaging them through FaceBook...I danced with them via Email ..no reply and went through FB msg with good results . Here is the number from their page

Have tried that 1800 # with no luck.  But I like the Facebook idea.  I will give that a shot.  That doesn't work I the PVC connector will work but I didn't think it would be this hard to contact them.  Always heard they had good customer service.  Thanks for the help

Looks like the parts store is my next move.  Actually got ahold of someone this morning.  This is a 2015 model and they do not make that part anymore.  Thanks for all the help guys
