Lindy Max gap rattling jig 1/4 oz in the the moon light or or chartreuse shad.

2" pearl tube with a massive perch eye on it.....shake shake shake.....

If the water is very clear and the walleye are negative I like a regular ball head jig in yellow or white.
If the water is slightly to quite stained I like a Northland whistler jig or a ball head jig with a rattle collar on it in red, orange, yellow, chartruse or white or any of these color combos.
A minnow or curly tail grub completes the jig.

No contest for me.

Oddball jig, 1/8oz, orange/yellow, 1/2 a night crawler threaded on.  It is the first thing I use when I need to catch fish.  Use 1/4 oz in deeper water.  Nothing better than to cast it out and sloooowly drag it bag to the boat.  Have more walleye doing this than ANY other way.

Must be a bugger to cast it out and hit bottom in -40...and I bet the boat doesnt go too fast either     

T-Tot or Jigging spoons (walleye Pro or Bite me)  pearl, glow, or chart. for me
