well i actually went up to the king today and saw a guy actually ice fishing. He is much braver than I am. I hope he made it off the ice safe

Guys were fishng all over.......vets has 2-3" same with huddle......but i wouldnt advise going out there......the ice is safe but huddle is only froze to the island....and there are whitecaps hitting the ice making it ripple.......we got off before we even got to the island and went to million dollar beach.....2" of SOLID ice.....went out a ways and fished and caught a couple dink perch......and that was at 330

I see then, I see then, there were a few people out there this morning and there still there.
It won't be long before my little bay is going to be froze. Need safe ice in the main lake now at around Vet's park.

Yup...that guy put up and took down his shanty like 5 times....then he moved right in on the other guy and mugged his spot....good signs!! Where is that cam located?

It's at the Shorline resturant wherever that is???

I was checking the web cam off and on this morning and just spotted this. It looks like waves have replaced the ice. Hope I'm wrong about this. The pic is a jacked up and enlarged version off of the web cam.

Its just snow getting blown over the black ice. Otherwise those guys we saw out there fishing would be reported in the news as having drowned dont ya think?

It's not waves, its ice i can see it right from where im sitting, and there are a couple guys out on million dollar beach it looks like.

Yup camos got it right.........stopped by after school 3" of SOLID ice..a little more in some closer to shore.
