Three days of big bass

Long weekend was great. We stayed in Ma Saturday and found safe ice and some big fish. Buddies first trip of the year and he gets 5 lbs and 6lbs1oz bass. Lots of fish caught. One trip pony we called him. Sunday we went back to previous spot. Fish of the day came in at 5lbs then was beat by 5lbs6oz. I jigged up some blue hills on sonar was cool. Walk off was a nightmare of slush. Monday we went to buddies pond. Top held together till late in the day. Flags very slow all day I get 5lbs bass. Then it happened buddy (Jonah) who hasn't got a big fish all year.  Boom 6lbs5oz.

Thank you all. 
We put the time in on ice and in the trucks. The year of the drive. It not about spots it's about bait. Fresh live bait gets all the credit really. When your getting good bait you'll get good fish. 18" of ice on Monday so we'll see what we got for this weekend.

Sweet I've learned a bit of time spent in the car pays off...glad to see its working out for you as well.  I really need to do some bass fishing before the ice is gone.
