I couldn't be more proud!!!!

So today I got out with my 6 year old daughter who is loving the ice fishing. We have made it a every Sunday tradition and waking her up at 5am isn't a struggle in fact she usually asks if it's time to go fishing lol. I feel so lucky to be able to pass on my knowledge and fun of ice fishing with my daughter and today she showed me up big time

It measured in at 14" and I didn't have a scale but I'd say 1.5 lb easy

Yes she has lol and she is awesome I told her that she needs to make the flags go up(joking of course) went to go get something in the pop up and she had gone over to all the traps and flipped up the flags!! I about died laughing

That is awesome.  I am lucky that 2 of my kids love the adventure that is ice fishing.

Believe it or not Hawkeye Holden 10 and SL Victoria 14 are sleeping in that sled in my tent.  We had to get up at 1:30 am to be on the ice at 2:30 am at the Sabattus Pike derby.  Once we were setup they decided it was time for a little sleep. 😉
