Found a great recipe for some reheatable shanty pizza.
Pepperoni Bread1 Loaf frozen bread dough
8oz pkg Thin sliced pepperoni
16oz Mozarella Cheese
1/2 Cup of parm
2 Eggs
2tbsp Parsley flakes
Garlic powder
Pepper
Italian seasoning
Defrost dough. Roll out rectangle 10"x6"
Brush on egg mixed with 1/2 cup of parm and parsely
Layer pepperoni, then cheese over top
Sprinkle with garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper
Roll up like a jelly roll, crimp edges, place on greased cookie sheet
Brush top with egg mixture 1 egg and 2 tbsp of water
Sprinkle Italian seasoning
Bake at 375 for 1/2 hour.
