Not sure about Harriman but ice in southern vt sucks right now.

I talked to a guy in a bait shop today that was going to Harriman, and he claimed it had 10in of ice

Drove by Thursday to check .ice shanty's on the ice . Looking out from oxbow circle and castle Hill road.
