well put grump..I'm with you on this one.as long as everybody remains respectful of each others opinions. I've found in my profession that there may be 100 ways to approach a task and ultimately end up with the exact same end result. It is the person who looks at all 100 different approaches and adapts their thought process using the bits and pieces they learn from others that will be most successful. This web site offers exactly that opportunity. constructive criticism is a very positive thing...if presented properly. I have made numerous adaptations to my hard water techniques that i have learned from this site. and my take has been much higher than ever before.
   Last year there was alot of hostility on posts. Very little of that now. Mods doing a great job!!! I try and learn at least one new thing every day and this site has definitely broadened my knowledge.....Thanks to ALL
