Wolfeboro bay did not look good at all when I drove by there yesterday. Lots of open water and only a little ice for maybe 75 yards out...

Any reports on ice and snow conditions on some of the other bays?

Gilford beach yesterday,
Shoreline frozen. Typical, ice floes drift in and lock in at the shore. 5-7", varies step to step. Open water 100' out.

The more secluded or out-of-the-way bays and coves will have more ice than more open areas.

Moultonborough Bay had roughly 8-10 inches, top two inches were frozen slush with solid clear ice below.

Center Harbor had about 7in of clear black ice and 1in of white ice.  Fished yesterday.  Very slow.  Lots of fish but they weren't active.  So much bait my screen was completely red half the time.  still fun.  Lots of people out there yesterday.

Stayed up at the lake over the weekend. We're located on Paugus Bay. The whole place looked to be locked up, however, I didn't venture out onto the ice so I couldn't tell you the quality or quantity of ice there. Also, we went home on Sunday the 1st and a lot could've changed between now and then especially with this rain today.

Be careful!
