Fishing around Lloyd

Hi there. Brand new to the community and to the area. I was just wondering where the best places are to ice fish near Lloyminster. I'd like to stay ideally within an hours drive.

Thanks so much for your help!

When I went to college in Vermillion, me and my buds always went to Dewberry lake,  its someplace south of the Lloyd.  It was about an hour, and it is stocked with rainbows.  This was in 2000, and the fishing was red hot then, the biggest I caught was 3 lbs, lots of that 1 lb range.  Perch are in there too, never tied into any big ones though, and odd pike roams as well.  The far east or maybe its south side of lake was the best- from the launch turned right and went to a bayish place that looks like it gets swampy.  12 feet of water was the best.  Used jig heads and corn.  I was fresh to the ice fishing scene, imagine sparkle nuggets would do even better.

We used to fish at a small Regional Park called Attons Lake .  There are 2 other lakes inside the park , we had the most luck at "Bushy Lake" which is a short drive thought the community pasture.  Caught perch and Walleye.  These lake are small but deep and the water quality is excellent.  This lake is hard to see on the map but is located north eat of cutknife .  It doesn't see a lot of traffic and makes for peaceful day on the ice.
