Otter cabin question
« on: Dec 27, 2016, 08:39 PM »
Got this cabin tonight and realized that when set up the front bar doesn't touch the ground. Is this normal for this house?  Sorry not sure how to post a picture

Leave the wind poles on it for a couple days in the garage to help stretch out. Did you have it set up with the wind poles attached before attaching the fabric? That's the way it should be done. If leaving the wind poles in for a couple days doesn't do it, then you need to reattach the fabric with the wind support poles in.

I bought it used and didn't notice it when I bought it. Did the orginal owner just put it together wrong? Does the fabric need to be detached from the sled as well?

The front wind pole is adjustable. Install it and put your foot on the bottom with pressure and tighten the thumb screw.
