Was out on the south end of Canyon Ferry today and there was 18 inches of great ice. Fished from 8am 10:30am and limited out on 3-6 lb. Rainbows. Fished in 5 foot of water and was up about 8 inches of the bottom. Biggest fish was 22 inches. There were people fishing out at the hole in the wall but I di not check to see how they were doing. But looks like there will be plenty of ice throughout the year as long as we don't see a warm spell anytime soon. Good luck to you and TIPS UP!
