Just bought one at the end off last season. Pretty easy to put together but order your tow bar now it is heavy. I mostly bought it for Eire but since it didn't freeze had to hand pull it on a smaller lake.  It took me pulling and my son pushing to get it threw the snow. I bought the side entry because I mostly fish with my son and he was always kicking out stuff going in and out off the shanty. I really can't believe they are not all like that it is really nice.    Mark

There are 6 bolts that hold the bars to a set of 2 black brackets on the sled. Do not use the bolts Frabill sent you, they will come loose as they are barely long enough to catch the nylock washers. Go spend $2 at the hardware store and buy longer bolts.

Also, take your windows out before you put the shanty down. If it's cold, they break easily.

One last thing, put your Hyfax kit on before you assemble the shanty. I did it the other way around, huge PITA.

build a smitty sled.  If there is any snow on the ice it is almost impossible to pull. I have a smitty and load mine full of gear even a 20lb propane tank and it is very easy to pull.

One other thing, the pole lengths listed in the instruction manual may be incorrect (if you bought the 4255 they are wrong).

Change the rope with a longer ratchet strap .Hyfax should be added prior to assembly.
Give a man a fish he eats for a day .Teach a man to ice fish he has an obsession for a lifetime
