Suggestions for Adirondacks Ice Fishing Lodge
« on: Jan 03, 2017, 09:00 AM »
Happy New Year Ice Maniacs. I'm getting a group of guys to head up to the Adirondacks in early February and I'm wondering if anyone on this board can offer suggestions. Hoping to find an all season lodge on a decent body of water, that offers cabins, but also meals/bar in the main building (American Plan style) at night so we can bs with fellow ice fishermen. Would mainly be targeting Pike, but probably fish a handful of tip-ups for trout which seem abundant up there.  Looking for something right on the lake so we can literally walk out to where we're fishing without getting in the car. ANything offering quad or snowmobile rentals woudl be a bonus. I've seen some options on Tupper Lake and Great Sacandaga Lake, but looking for any feedback from folks that have been up there.
Any suggestions?
Thanks - TK
