Transducer on FL-22
« on: Dec 21, 2016, 12:54 PM »
I've got an FL-22 with the tri-beam ducer. When used next to an fl-8, I have trouble with interference. I was told the tri-ducers are known for that. My question is, can I use my regular transducer off my back-up fl-8 on the fl-22? Thanks for any help.

When adjusting for interference only one unit  should use the IR button .

you may not get rid of all the clutter/interference ...but enough to fish

all vexilar transducers are universal.you can put the fl8 ducer on your fl22. but id try  switch cone angles on the tribeam or hit ir button on 1 unit only to clear up the interference like O.G said..
