Pike near elk rapids.

I am new to the area and I am looking for a lake to put my spearing shack on this year. Can anyone give me any tips on a good lake to put it on to spear some pike?

Skegemog for sure....they have big muskie in there.  In fact a record or near record was taken out of there last winter?  The chain of lakes is known for huge pred fish.  Good for walleye and perch too...
