Thoughts on ice fishing on Upper Hot Brook Lake?

Trying to find a new spot to go ice fishing as a family of 8. 

Could I get some info on Upper Hot Brook Lake?

 brookies? bass? what else?

Also has anyone stayed at Wilderness Escape Outfitters?  Thoughts? concerns? what did you like there?

Little white perch lake now was in there 3 weeks ago and could of caught 100 10 inch perch .. All the locals caught the big ones.. :-\
