My last walk

Went up to Shohola last Saturday with a couple of friends. Made it on the ice had 5 inches fished till around 2:00 with the sun beating down the ice started to get real funky so we made it off safely.The fishing wasn't that great a few panfish. Everybody have a great summer be safe and i'll see you next ice on.

hey keith. hows it goin .short season again. hell last year my last day on the big o was 4-1-15. nice fishin with u again this year. look forward to the ice every year n seein all the iceaholics out there. cant believe its over already. toby might have one last w-end left with the temps this week up there. maybe we can hook up over the open water season. good luck. see you all next year. later from the icehippy.

Shortest season for me too. Actually saw 70's in the 7 day forecast...... open water everywhere ! Tugs and tight lines to everyone !!

I went by last weekend and wondered if anyone was still fishing it. I go right by it every weekend on my way to bowling(son) and usually look to see if anybody is out there!

This short cold snap is a real kick in the teeth for us.  My season was six weeks long, the shortest I've ever had and I've been fishing since 1996.  As much as I hate to say it it's the end.

Yeah it is over for me too, last time out this past weekend was a blast.  We really pounded the heck out of them.  Put all the gear up in the rafters in the basement till…maybe December 2016???   You never know

I been thinking to head to up state NY. To get some ice. My buddy live in the Adirondacks  he tells me there is I just may take a road trip...then again temp near 70 next week maybe on the lake in my boat...

I had a great time fishing with you and the other guys this season always goods times and good fishing and hunting stories. Your right to short of ice fishing this season what a bummer.Icehippy time to get out the longrod and give that a few flicks this summer.
