Wallace Pond

Anyone have any info on Wallace Pond?  Specifically:

1) Is there Ice?

2) Since most of the pond in in Canada, any issues with crossing over to the Canadian side to fish?

3) Are there different regulations on different sides of the border?

Yes plenty of ice on Wallace if willy froze over. No don't fish in Canada without a license
and not even sure the CA water is open to ice fishing.
