Current ice conditions

After this rain and warm + temps hopefully most of the lakes if not all have the slush layer melted more and now it can freeze up. Large amounts of snow always leads to slush. Hopefully will get out this weekend and be some awesome slush free conditions. Most likely will be a layer of ice but as long as the deep slush that was lurking around recently has minimized..

Cleats required in my neck of the woods.  Its like a skating rink.  Slush near the shore here.

Can any one tell me about ice thickness/conditions in the south Cariboo/100 Mile area,heading up for a week,do I bring boots or waders?  :o

I think its pretty good, no waiters needed from recent pix of the area. Sheridan lake webcam shows the lake too to see how much snow is on it.
