Lansing Area

Out on my pond near Dansville.  5" of good ice.  Bluegills definitely hitting.  Had something take my pole and the holder right down the hole.  A lesson about turning your back.

I feel your pain. I'm sure that's happened to a few of us.

Heading out to a private pond tomorrow in Dansville, checked it Thursday and there was 3 inches of very shaky ice.  Cold today and tonight should stabilize it.  Anxious to get the season going!

I can well appreciate the lesson.
Are you just bragging about the good fishing lately, or are you willing to share?
