Spaulding Pond - Rochester NH/Maine Line

Just noticed (thanks to the Navionics webapp link from another thread) this pond on the state line locally to me and was wondering if anyone has fished it and knows how the rules work for NH and Maine fisheries?

Is this one of those bodies of water where you can fish it with either a NH -OR- a Maine license? Meaning, I can fish with my NH license right alongside a friend fishing with his Maine license?

We fish a local river together in the summer like this, but I've been trying to find a body of water where I can get him out on the ice to see if he likes ice fishing - assuming we aren't breaking any laws.

Thoughts?

I'm not sure if it's going to affect access or not but they just licensed that building out front to grow medical Marijuana and that pond is probably their property.
