I confess!

I couldn't stand it any longer....I fished open water today.  Caught 8 very nice perch on minnows.....there, I feel better.

TOSSED A JITTERBUG AND A TUBE TINIGHT MYSELF ! HAD A COUPLE OF HITS AND CAUGHT A 13" BASS !
NOTHING TO BRAG ABOUT BUT CURED THE ITCH FOR A DAY OR TWO .

Fishnfillet hit our summer crappie hole by boat today.
He said the dam was raging water, but he tried it anyway.
Ihad to reprimand and congratulate him with a "that a boy"
He got skunked though. :(

That's right!! had to take the boat out yesterday.. was just to nice a day... my boat was begging for a trip..had wife with me, but today I can get nitty -gritty, have marked alot of fish, walleye here I come!!!.dave

i went  out in boat on seneca on sat 9 smallies 1 perch 4 2 of us was ok till front came thru and capsized sailboat that was sailing near us we were asked to help with rescue we got to boat the same time as firemen in trout boat but we had to leave quickly waves were to much for our bass boat we got back to launch safely but speared one wave first time ive seen that in jan boy that was cold!!! bassman79 ;D ;D ;D

Me too,I jigged walleyes in the Mohawk River Saturday,60 degrees till 2:00 when the bottom dropped out,50mph winds & got mighty cold real fast! managed to snap 11 walleyes 14"-18",released them all.

Ive done the same in fair haven with the boat, local near by creek and little sodus, i wont lie, If their isnt ice, im in the boat....

i fished a #12 gold genz worm tipped with 2 spikes under a float in my buddys pond today, we caught a bunch of gills and perch kept enough for dinner. but i would have much rather been pulling them through a 7" hole and watching them light up my vex. oh well maybe soon

took the boat all over the upper river thursday,nothing over 10",sturgeon point yesterday 40' 45' 50' 55' water was way too cloudy nothing but a january sun tan. I hope she lays down. going to seneca or keuka friday I'll post saturday.
