The best place to start is Marcum customer service.

Might be cheaper to buy a 6v/12v 1.5 amp charger from your local auto store.  I just bought one from Canadian Tire (around $50.00 Can.) because my Marcum adapter burnt out, the LCD battery % monitor still works fine.  Check your adapter with a digital multi-meter and make sure (unplugged from marcum lcd charger unit) that you have 13.5V DC, if not just replace the adapter.  I tried to find a replacement adapter (electronics stores sell a 12V 1A adapter for $5.00 here) but the output voltage is too high (15V) and the Marcum LCD unit doesn't like it.  If you find a 1A adapter that puts out 13-14V it will work fine.

The one I bought, even the smaller $29 will work fine, just slower
