i'm a day late and a $ short.

wonder a few thing about those anchors priced so low. no hole for a clip and no mention of metal used.

i looked at them on ebay years ago, but they were priced too high. thinking they were 35$ each for the short versions and the handle used to drive them in was the anchor point. had a large hole in the handle. then again, they are for mountain climbing with your life on the line, not a shack.

nice to see a nice change in anchoring systems for us tho.

i found their missing info. made of aluminum.

I think they aren't made from mountain climbing specifications .

i'll pass until i hear some one say how they work. i have plenty of anchors, but would "upgrade" if i know they are an upgrade from eskimo brand. they cost the same as what i use now, so they are on track so far. they won't say which aluminum they use yet tho.

I have the Trophy Angler round flasher bag for my Vexilar ultra pack .. nice bag suits my needs and easy on the wallet. I have the round tip-up bag and the small tackle bag also...both work well and nice price at the time. I would think their anchors would be fine..but like 3300 stated have many Eskimo ice anchors ..I will wait for a members review.
