Fished lake Wpg today. Got on the ice around 7:45 fishing buy 8:00. We fished straight out from Matlock by the first ridge about 2 km out.First hour was good 2-20 inch and 5 eaters then nothing,picked up 1 more around 11:00. Left around noon. Not much snow on ice,you can drive pretty much anywhere. Ice is soft after all that rain and with temperatures rising to double digits it might be a shorter season.
