Burbot

Trophy it's RC, we met on lake Manitoba last year...kid caught a burbot and wondering how to cook it or wats the best way? any help appreciated... went to lake Dauphin today at the vally river and caught 1 Burbot 1 snot rocket and lots of walleye over the slot... but we maneged 3 limits of keeper walleyes.... was a good day a bit windy off the start but it turned out good
