Perch Rolls... Round #2

The spoils of yesterdays hunt were today perch rolls. Yum. Still have a pound of fillets to freeze. Guess I now have to strap on the X-country skis and work that one off!

...just a thought Firefighter....maybe we should have a perchroll get-together at Delta.........feast of the century........and see who gets off the ice for the first day of work to start the week......Grump ;D

Yes, some kind of perch-rollerama. Just be sure to have a defiberlator on scene as the walk back to civilization from that place is enough to do some guys in!
